I’m sooo disappointed with the title for Beyonce’s upcoming world tour! 

I have always been hesitant to let myself become a Beyonce fan because of the whole ‘Sasha Fierce’ thing and how she portrays herself as being such a drastically different person depending if she is on or off stage. Lately she has been a total badass with the way that she has been able to be “strong enough to bear the children then get back to business.” I love what she symbolizes for women in general, but especially for women in the African American community. She has totally been proving that girls run the world and that is why it is such a let down that her new tour is called ‘The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour.’ 

grrrr she has always seemed so strong and independent, even in her marriage, but this is a step back. She is Mrs. Carter, but that is her role in her family, and she has always kept that so private. Defining herself as ‘Mrs. Carter’ seems so limiting and below a woman like Beyonce. Let’s be honest, Jay-Z would never name a tour ‘The Beyonce’s Husband Show World Tour,’ yeah it sounds fucking ridiculous but so does calling herself Mrs. Carter within the world that she has worked hard herself and accomplished all that she has by herself
